Due to the fluctuating shipping charges from major shippers, shipping will be charged on actual weight through UPS or United States Postal Service, whichever is cheaper for you, the customer. Shipping charges will be added to your order and shown on your invoice.
We ship to locations in the U.S.A only. Every reasonable effort will be made to ship your order on a timely basis after we receive the order. Please allow 10 working days before contacting us if you fail to receive your order. If we cannot completely fill your order, you will be notified by e-mail and your credit card will not be charged for the items not shipped to you.
Goods Damaged in Shipping
We will make every effort to use quality products in packing to prevent damage. However, in the event that damaged goods are received, please retain the original shipping carton and all packaging and contact your local United Parcel Service (UPS) office. UPS will return the package to us. DO NOT RETURN THE MERCHANDISE YOURSELF.
In the event that you have not received your merchandise within 10 days, please notify us. We will put a tracer on it with UPS. When they notify us that the package was not delivered to you, we will replace the order and resend it, or credit your credit card.
